The above data is for a general guideline. The production speed will depends upon product size & characteristics, ability of feeding and wrapper characteristics. The production speed will also be lower than mechanical speed stated above if one or more factors are falling near the extreme range.
We have supplied model to cover different ranges of speed and biscuit size, number of piles & wrapper cut off length combination. Therefore, it is advisable that customer forward the details of different biscuit dimensions and pack configuration along with total production volume so that Multi wrap can optimize and offer a model most suitable for customer requirement.
